PVA film apply in embroidery industry as the topping and backing that tears like paper, saving timeas the excess film can be torn off easily after embroidery and topping the remaining film can be dissolved, with either water spray or dampening with warm sponge. Useful for stretchy, thin and flimsy fabric among others, it helps to avoid puckering and slipping of the fabric and makes it more stable. Thus, not only the stitch count is reduced but the quality of stitches is also improved.
The Film is either dissolved in cold water or can be torn away from the fabric at the end. Not only is the utility cost reduced but better quality embroidery is achieved at the same time.
